Any returns must be pre-coordinated with GEISER OFF-ROAD.COM prior to the return of the item(s). Items that are eligible for return and refund must be in new condition (NOT WORN), in their original box with original packing material. Returns may only occur within 90 days of the date the item was received. GEISER OFF-ROAD.COM will not accept any items that have been installed, modified or damaged. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and any/all shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

PLEASE NOTE: our orders say “FREE SHIPPING” this applies ONLY to the lower 48 states. In the event that you ordered an item or items but you reside outside of the lower 48 states, you will be sent an invoice with the appropriate amount to cover shipping expenses to your requested ship to location. No exceptions will be made.
